The artisan bakery Gateau, originating from Saltsjöbaden, has roots dating back to 1937. The passion lies in merging the French baking tradition with Swedish classics, and today Gateau has 33 cafés in Stockholm, Uppsala, and Skåne. Gateau has been part of Fazer since 2011.

What does the role entail?

• Daily practical work in the bakery in Lund together with colleagues.
• Contribute to production planning in close collaboration with the team and the site manager.
• Participate in the development of our product range – we value your sense of taste, innovation, and current trends.
• Ensure the highest quality by following our routines and guidelines.

Who are you?

• You have several years of experience from a bakery and pastry shop.
• You are passionate about the craft and have a strong sense of quality.
• You are a team player with good collaboration skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You are driven, proactive, and enjoy contributing to a positive work environment.
